16. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of Canada will apply to this T&C. Canadian law will apply to any legal problems arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. In the event that any term of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision must be changed, eliminated, or enforced to the maximum degree permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. In no way does this alter any of the other clauses.
